hereby GRANTS TO
The City of Ukiah, a municipal corporation
An easement, Grantor agrees that the easement granted hereby includes, but is not limited to, the right to use,
construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain public utilities including, but not limited to, water lines, sewer line,
storm drains,electric power, street lights,gas lines,and communication lines.
Grantor agrees not to obstruct or conduct any operation which will interfere with the use of such easement for
the purposes as set forth herein. Grantor retains a non-exclusive right to use the property subject to the
easement for ingress and egress to its remaining property. Grantee agrees not to obstruct or interfere with said
use by Grantor,its assignees or invitees.

Commencing at the southeast corner of the said Bhula property, said
point being on the west right of way line of South State Street and
being marked by a 1/2" iron pipe tagged LS 3089; thence North
06006104" West, along the said west line, 50. 00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of this easement description; thence continuing along
said west line North 06°06104" West, 40. 00 feet; thence leaving

VGRANTOR"), do hereby grant to the City of Ukiah, a Municipal Corporation ("GRANTEE"), its
successors and assigns forever, an easement for sidewalk purposes over a portion of land situated
in the City of Ukiah, Mendocino County, California, owned by Grantor and which is described as
follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY situated in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino,
State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Said grant of easement includes the right to use, construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain and inspect
sidewalks; and the right to survey within said easement and to place or replace surveying stakes and
monuments of a permanent nature therein.
