RIGHT TO APPEAL DEC, ISION Pemons who are dissatts~ed with a decision of the City Council may have the right to a review decision by a court. The City has adopted Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedur~ which generally limits to ninety days (90) the time within which the decision of the City's Boards Agencies may be judicially challenged. 6. CONSENT CALENDAR The following items listed are considered routine and will be enacted by a single motion and .roll call vote by the City Council. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar upon request of a Counciimember or a citizen in which event the item will be considered at the completion of all other items on the agenda. The motion by the City Council on the Consent Calendar will approve and make findings in accordance with Administrative Staff and/or Planning Commission recommendations. a. Rejection of Claims for Damages Received from Katherine Graham and Henrietta Dukes and Referral to Joint Powers Authority, Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund b Award of Bid for Various Pole and Pad Mount Transformers in the Amount of $58,219.61 to WESCO and WESTERN STATES (ERMCO) c. Notification of Emergency Purchase of One Pumping Column and Installation From Kirby's Pump and Mechanical, Inc., in the Amount of $16,964 Plus Taxes d.-Award of Bid to Borges-Mahoney Sole Supplier, in the Amount of $11,1 5;~ Plus Taxes for Five Wallace & Tieman Encore 700 Chemical Feed Pumps and Three Repair Kits e. Adoption of Resolution Presenting Ballot Measure, Transmitting Measure to the City Attorney for Impartial Analysis, and Confirming Deadline for Arguments For or Against the Measure f.
