Greetings, and thank you for this follow-up explanation and response. It is appreciated and understood. I hope
that you are feeling well.
I have been authorized by the Community Development Director, as well as the City Manager, to allow
PSOMAS to undertake this work (not to exceed $2,500) as soon as you are able. Please proceed.
Should you need anything from myself or other City Staff, please do not hesitate to contact me. As this is one of
the last updates needed to progress this annexation request to a hearing, any needed assistance will be
prioritized by City staff.
Thank you in advance for your work on updating this map as well as the legal description, and responding to the
County’s Information Services Division.

coordinating an information request with the “respective Departments”. I feel that this was
not an oversight on our part as we performed agency outreach and normal due diligence in
researching the City and individual parcel boundaries. I will need to request a budget
amendment to address the revisions Leif has noted in his memo. I estimate this being
between $1,464 and $1,952 for the CAD Mapping Tech time, with some PM/PLS oversight
and review time. It is difficult to gauge the amount of staff and project management effort
until I have the documents and can review them.
Do you have an option to authorize this work under a “Time and Materials” budget, with an
initial Not-to-Exceed limit of $2,500? I anticipate this amount of time will be needed, since
this will also affect the “controlling calls” in the legal description, i.e., whenever a portion of
a parcel boundary or a portion of the Annexation Boundary crosses the City boundary into
unincorporated area, we will now need to cite this in the legal and show it on the Exhibit B.
