WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the CITY and CONTRACTOR wish to add the information relevant to CONTRACTOR’s pricing and
lease terms included in CONTRACTOR’s proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1.CITY and CONTRACTOR agree both, the pricing proposal and the lease terms are subject to the terms
and conditions of the Region 4ESC/OMNIA contract # R191104.
2.Except as specified in this Addendum No. 1, the Agreement shall remain as stated. Capitalized terms that
are not defined in this Addendum shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Agreement. In
the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum No. 1, this
Addendum No. 1 will control.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Contract as of the day and year stated on Contract
# 2022-147.
