AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT 2122105
BETWEEN
BKF ENGINEERS and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on March 9, 2022, revises the Agreement for Gobbi
Street Utility Replacement Project Design dated September 7, 2021 between the City of
Ukiah and BKF Engineers, as follows.
1.Revising the guaranteed maximum dollar amount by an additional $45,788 for the
design work of a traffic signal at Gobbi St and Main St, for a revised, total
contract amount not-to-exceed $241,577
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
