All reservations with S'Wine Country BBQ are made upon, and are subject to, the terms of this
agreement:
GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
Our professional customer service skills and experience in culinary afford you complete
assurance that ail commitments will be carried out to your satisfaction. In order to ensure you
and your guests of a well-organized function, we must ask that we both adhere to the following
catering policies:
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT FEES
Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with catering policies. There is a
330-o deposit on all events, unless prior arrangements have been made with our catering
coordinator. We accept cash, checks and money orders. Checks should be made out to S'[Vine
Country BBQ & Gourniet Grill. We are sorry at this time we are not able to accept credit cards.
Any balance due will be paid seven days prior to event. If we receive a payment for services via
check and that payment bounces with our bank, you will be responsible for a $30.00 fee. We
reserve the right to assess a finance charge on any amount unpaid when due at an interest rate of
1-1i2% per month or the maximum rate pennitted by law.

GUARANTEES
At the time of booking client agrees to provide Caterer with a general estimate of the anticipated
number of guests. Client needs to lock in their guaranteed count of guests no later than fourteen
(14) days before the event. In the event a guarantee count of guests is not received, the original
estimated attendance count will be prepared and charged. The charge for each additional person
set up at patron's request will be made and patron agrees to pay at Caterer's established per
person rate. If at fourteen (14) days before the event the number is more than fifteen percent
(15%) lower than the guarantee count, Caterer reserves the right to bill for the higher number to
recoup food and labor costs.
CANCELLATIONS
If the client cancels a contracted agreement, the caterer can retain all or a portion of the retainer
fee as liquidated damages.
PORTION SIZE
Most of our nnenu items are sold on a per guest basis, with portion sires having been determined by
our experienced catering staff. if you would like information regarding exact quantities, please do
not hesitate to ask our catering coordinator.
LEFTOVER FOOD
When we are on location to serve food, we usually carry more than we expect to serve. When offsite
for a long period of time, we have extended food temperatures and holding conditions to a point that
we will not release leftover food to you or your guests. We trust you will understand.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modifications or
cancellations thereof sliall be valid nor of any force effect unless in writing signed by the Caterer.

MENU
APPETIZERS:
• Bacon Wrapped Smoked Jalapeno Poppers l- We take large fresh jalapenos and fill them
with cream cheese before wrapping them with bacon and sending through the smoker for
two hours. They are finished with a small stripe of BBQ sauce. (Approximately 2 per
person)
• Caprese Skewers Mozzarella, tomato and basil on a skewer are treated with Extra
Virgin Olive Oil and a Balsamic Vinegar reduction.
• Smoked Bacon Wrapped Meatballs These are always a hit. Bacon wrapped
meatballs are smoked and then topped with our wN-n BBQ Sauce. You can't eat
just one! (2 per person)
MAINS:
• Grilled BBQ Chicken, boneless, skinless thighs seasoned and grilled to perfection
• S"Yklne Country BBQ Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Sliders Our pork is smoked
low and slow for up to 18 hours until amazingly tender and then pulled and
finished with our two signature sauces. We recommend the Mango-Jalapeno
Slaw as a topper, it pairs extremely well!
• Out of this World Baked Beans Our famous baked beans filled with bacon,
sausage and other secret ingredients. A little bit sweet with a little bit of heat.
No other name will do! They are that good!
• S",A'ine Country BBQ's house made cream) Mac and Cheese -- Our homemade
mac and cheese is creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside with our
breadcrumb topping baked right on.
• Mango-Jalapeno Coleslaw — Fresh cabbage and carrots mixed with our house
made Mango-Jalapeno Dressing. The perfect complement to any of our BBQ
offerings.
• Fresh Green Salad - Fresh greens and vegetables topped with feta cheese, dried
cranberries and slivered almonds, and then finished with our raspberry
vinaigrette. Always a hit.

SERVICE
Includes buffet service. Our staff will serve each guest as they come through the buffet to
expedite the process. We provide the chafing dishes and all serving utensils. This service
includes heavy duty bio-degradable paper plates, heavy duty paper dinner napkins, and
plastic ware at no additional charge. This also includes basic table clearing (plates and
utensils) for up to one hour after dinner. We will provide basic scraping of dishes for return
to the rental company. If dish washing is necessary it can be provided for an additional fee
depending on the amenities that are available; such as a kitchen, sink etc.. This does not
include set-up or breakdown of event. If you would like this included, it would be all
additional fee.
There is an 18°fo service charge added to the total. The service charge covers the use of our
equipment, kitchen essentials and all necessary permits and other administrative expenses.
Please note that the service charge is taxable as per California State Regulation 1603(f) and is
not a gratuity for the personnel.
This quote does not include any costs for rentals of chairs, tables, linens, stemware, china or
flatware_
