RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND FILE WATER RIGHTS APPLICATION WITH CALIFORNIA STASE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD The City Council of the City of Ukiah resolves as follows: RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Ukiah is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Ukiah, to execute and file application to the State Water Resources Control Board of the State of California for the beneficial use of the water stored by and diverted through Warm Springs Dam, for the purpose of generation of hydro-electric power.
