RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND FILE
WATER RIGHTS APPLICATION WITH CALIFORNIA
STASE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD
The City Council of the City of Ukiah resolves as follows:
RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Ukiah is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Ukiah, to
execute and file application to the State Water Resources
Control Board of the State of California for the beneficial
use of the water stored by and diverted through Warm Springs
Dam, for the purpose of generation of hydro-electric power.

(4) Locate and describe the point of diversion (i.e., the point at which water is to be taken from the
stream or spring) in the following way: Begin at the most convenient known corner of the
public land survey, such as a section or quarter section corner (if on unsurveyed land more
than two miles from a section corner, begin at a mark or some natural object or permanent
monument that can be readily found and recognized) and measure directly north or south until
opposite the point which it is desired to locate; then measure directly east or west to the
