HomeMy WebLinkAbout80-78RESOLUTION NO. 80-78 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP NO. 78-48, GARRISON/THOMAS WHEREAS, on April 9, 1980 the Planning Commission considered 6 and recommended approval of the Tentative Map for Garrison/Thomas 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 Subdivision No. 78-48, and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works reports that the ,, 9 ~ City of Ukiah has suffieient waste water capacity to handle , waste waters from this project without violation of Water Wuality Control Board standards, and WHEREAS, the City Council certified an Environmental Impact Report including said project in the original approval of the Pear Tree Center and found it to meet the require- ments of the California Environmental Quality Act, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map for the aforesaid project is approved conditioned upon corn- 18 pliance with all applicable state statutes and local ord. i- 19 nances and any conditions reflected in the Environmental Impact 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Report and the following special conditions: 1) Access from Orchard Avenue to Lots No. 1 and 22 be prohibited. 2) A 5' Public Utility Easement be provided behind the sidewalks on each side of Hospital Drive. 3) Street improvements be made to the approval of the Director of Public Works. 4) Curb and gutter be installed to the approval of the Public Works Department with sidewalks to be constructed as required on an individual basis. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 5) An overall landscaping plan for Hospital Drive be provided when the first architectural review is heard and implementation required of each developer. 6) Standard Conditions 1-9. 7) Street lighting to be provided to the approval of the Electric Department. 8) Not less than two lots be combined for the purposes of development.
