RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH COMMENDING RANDALL A. HAYS FOR
HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF UKIAH
WHEREAS, Randall A. Hays has served as City Attorney.
since October 6, 1970, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hays has served the City in addition as
Personnel Director and as the City's~ representative to the
Manpower Planning Council, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hays has built a distinguished record of
community service to this, the~community of his birth, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Hays ~has'resi~.~ed.!to accept a similar
NOW, THEREFORE,~ BE IT..'RESOLVED that the Ukiah City
Council does hereby recognize and~honor Mr. Hays for his
