RESOLUTION NO. 80-51
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY
OF MENDOCINO FOR THE OPERATION AND ~INTE-
NANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL LOCATED AT NORTH
STATE STREET AND KUKI LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah, through its Electric Department,
has presented an Agreement to the County of Mendocino for
operation and maintenance of the traffic signal at North State
Street and KUKI Lane in the County of Mendocino effective as of
February ir 1980 and to remain in effect until amended
or terminated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said Agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ukiah that said Agreement for operation and maintenance of said
traffic signal at North State Street and KUKI Lane for the County
of Mendocino is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.

by the following roll call vote:
AYES:Councilmembers Hickey, Myers, Simpson, Brannon, Snyder
