AMENDMENT 6
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT #1819164 – PREPARATION OF STAND-ALONE
AIRPORT LAND USE COMPATIBLITY PLAN
This Amendment No. 6, entered on August 5, 2021, revises the Agreement for
Professional services dated February 13, 2019 between the City of Ukiah and Mead &
Hunt to prepare a stand-alone Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP).
This Amendment No. 6:
1) Adds an additional dollar amount of $4,209.50, for a revised total contract amount
of $180,052.56.
2) Provides for the following consulting services:
·Preparation and participation in the Mendocino County Airport Land Use
Commission hearing tentatively scheduled for May 20; and
·Preparation of final ALUCP and submission of ALUCP PDF and native working
files (Word, AutoCAD and GIS).
3) Extends the deadline for the completion of the work to August 5, 2021.
Except as expressly amended by this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the
agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
