2. That the nature of the work: Installation of Electrical.Water. and Sewer Underground Infrastructure on
State Street, W. Standley Street, W. Perkins Street, W. Clay Street, and E. and W. Mill Street.
3. That on the 9th day of April 2021, the Contract work for this project was actually completed.
