Warranty & Maintenance
The warranty period for the City of Ukiah Council Chambers (Project# P2703) commences from
when the project is completed and began to be used - July 2021.
Please note that as per the contract, there is a 1 year extended warranty
Base Warranty Services Support
EIDIM guarantees client satisfaction with good performance of the installed & repaired
A/V systems we shall provide services such as maintenance warranty support for any labor and
parts/materials for one (1) year. During the warranty period, service calls and requests (phone
support) for information shall be answered within 2 hours and this plan also covers all hardware,
software, cables, wires, etc. as long as it’s part of the installed system. Moreover, an on-site
service will commence within 24 hours after the phone/email request is received, Monday
through Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Preventative maintenance will be every 3 months
(quarterly) doing system checkup, check driver, clean filters, etc.
The manufacturers of the technical systems’ equipment provide a minimum of one (1)
year warranty against manufacturer defects. EIDIM will assist in troubleshooting problems and
determining components in need of repair. We will serve as the client’s agent in securing service
from manufacturers for all defective devices. Our dedicated customer support personnel can be
