A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ESTABLISHING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF UKIAH
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 7910, the City Council must, by resolution,
establish its appropriations limit for each fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations limit for the City of Ukiah for
the 2021-22 Fiscal Year shall be forty-eight million, forty-four thousand, and two hundred thirty-
eight dollars ($48,044,238). The appropriations subject to this limit are estimated to be nineteen
million, nine hundred and ninety thousand, seven hundred, and forty-four dollars ($19,990,744).
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Ukiah at a regular meeting thereof
on the 16th day of June, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Crane, Rodin, Duenas, Brown, and Mayor Orozco
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
