HomeMy WebLinkAboutWagner and Bonsignore 2004-09-01; Amendment 2- 2020-07-24; Amendment 2COU NO.1213-130-A2 CITY OF UKIAH AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2004 TERMS AND CONDITIONS All terms and conditions of the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services dated September 1, 2004 shall remain in force and effect except as modified by the first amendment and this second amendment. AUTHORIZATION Upon execution of this amendment, service provider is authorized to provide the services described under the Scope of Work dated May 8, 2020. SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL WORK Work authorized by this amendment shall include that work described in the original Scope of Work dated May 8, 2020 and is included with this second Contract Amendment as Attachment 1. COMPENSATION Compensation for the performance of the additional work shall be made on a time and materials basis. Hanson, P.E. Henry S. Matsunaga Attached for your review and approval is the Scope of Work prepared to describe ongoing and future tasks related to processing the City' of Ukiah's pending water right actions, including the Petitions for Change and Extension of Time for the above referenced Permit. The attached Scope includes a budget not -to -exceed $40,000 and should be sufficient to fund ongoing work of preparing and submitting revised Petitions at the State Water Resources Control Board ("SWRCB"), assisting the City and its consultant in finalizing an Environmental Impact Report to support the Petitions, and annual water use reporting. While not anticipated, a hearing at the SWRCB may be required to obtain approval on the pending water right Petitions, which may require additional budget. Encl. Remaining work includes amending pending Petitions to change place of use and points of diversion and assisting SWRCB staff in the public re -noticing of the Petitions. Work will also include assisting City staff and outside environmental consultant(s) in preparing and finalizing an environmental impact report (`BIR") to support the Petitions. EIR work will also involve coordinating with SWRCB and other regulatory agencies such as California Department of Fish & Wildlife to address their and other comments. Ongoing work includes the preparation of annual water use reports filed with the SWRCB on City's Permit 12952, License 8821 (A021127), License 12982 (A025691), and Statements of Water Diversion and Use S019766 and S019769. Estimated Budget: Billed on a time and materials basis in accordance with the attached fee schedule; not to exceed $40,000 without prior authorization of the City of Ukiah.
