Corporation, 300 Seminary Avenue, Ukiah, California 95482-5400.
2. That the nature of the title to the UVGC- Storm Drain Replacement Project, Specification No. 19-07 of all said
owners is that of fee simple.
3. That on the 10th day of July, 2020, the Contract work for this project was actually completed.
4. That the name and address of the Contractor is Valley Paving, PO Box 559, Redwood Valley, CA 95470.
5. That the real property herein referred to is described as the specific section of the Ukiah Valley Golf Course
(UVGC) Mendocino County, California within the Ukiah City Limits beginning on the property in the south area
near Fairway Avenue and terminating in the north near Orr Creek.
