INFOSEND and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 2, entered on June 3rd, 2020, revises the Contract for Data
Processing Print and Mail Services dated February 18`h, 2016, between the City of Ukiah
and InfoSend, as follows.
1. Contract Term: Contract term has been extended to February 18`h, 2021
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
