ROLL CALL Ukiah City Council met at a Regular Meeting on June 17, 2020, having been legally noticed on June 12, 2020. Mayor Crane called the meeting to order at 6:22 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Maureen Mulheren, Jim O. Brown, Stephen G. Scalmanini, Juan V. Orozco, and Douglas F. Crane. Staff Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; David Rapport, City Attorney; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk. MAYOR CRANE PRESIDING. 2. Presentation and Preliminary Read, Review, and Discussion of Draft Administrative Report on Water Rate Analysis for the City of Ukiah; and Consideration of Water Rates for the City of Ukiah. Presenters: Sean White, Water Resources Director and Bob Reed, The Reed Group. Motion/Second: Brown/Crane to direct staff to initiate the Prop 218 process to adjust water rates annually for a five-year period, effective October 1, 2020. Council Consensus to agendize an item to discuss and evaluate the City's status regarding the Inland Water& Power Commission (IWPC) project and funding requests.
