HomeMy WebLinkAbout930492 ORDINANCE NO. 930 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH APPROVING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT NO. 92-40, SONOMA VALLEY HOMES The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby ordain: Section One ', Planned Development No. 92-40, as filed by Sonoma Valley Homes, encompasses the entire 3.11 acres of Assessor's Parcel No. 003-053-23, is zoned PD, and was processed pursuant to Ukiah City Code Sections 9165-9167. On August 26, 1992 the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended approval of the Negative Declaration and Development Plan and the City Council considered both items in a public hearing on September 2, 1992. Section Two Planned Development No. 92-40 provides appropriate affordable housing opportunities consistent with the City of Ukiah General Plan and appropriate circulation is provided by a cul-de-sac from Mulberry Street. Section Three The Development Map for this Planned Development, as prescribed in Ukiah City Code Section 9167(b), and attached as Exhibit A, is approved. Section Four The regulations for this Planned Development, as prescribed in Ukiah City Code Sections 9167(b) and 9166, are as follows: 1. Uses allowed or permitted: Single family residential uses and accessory uses as allowed in Ukiah City Code Section 9016. 2. Building heights: Maximum of 30 feet. 3. Building setback and yards: Setbacks and yards shall be as defined on the Development Map. ~. Maximum number of dwelling units: 38. 5. Building site area required: There shall be 38 parcels with the size and configuration as defined on the Development Map. 6. Required parking: Minimum parking area and required off-street parking requirements shall be as prescribed in Ukiah City Code Section 9190 et seq. 7. Ail regulations not specified herein shall be as prescribed in the Ukiah City Code. Section Five. Publication and Effective Date.
