LOCATION OF ENGAGEMENT: Todd Grove Park 600 Live Oak Avenue Ukiah, CA 95482 USA DATE OF ENGAGEMENT: Sunday June 30, 2019 TIME OF PERFORMANCE: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm - Two 60 minute sets with 30 intermission LOAD IN & SET UP: 3:00 pm - Soundcheck 4:00 to 5:00 pm TYPE OF ENGAGEMENT: Provide 12 piece band for Sundays In The Park community concert performance BILLING: Wee Willie Walker & The Anthony Paule Soul Orchestra PAYMENT: $4,000.00 USD (Four Thousand Dollars U.S.) HOTEL ROOMS: Purchaser to provide hotel rooms TERMS: $4,000.00 net to artist after all local taxes have been paid. Make checks payable to Anthony Paule To be paid as follows: 50% deposit of $2,000.00 US Dollars to be paid no later than May 30, 2019. Balance of $2,000.00 in US Dollars to be paid on June 30, 2019 prior to show time PURCHASER TO PROVIDE: Lights, Stage, PA System, Sound Engineer 12 meals for band on June 30, 2019 ARTIST TO PROVIDE: All musical instruments All air and ground transportation MERCHANDISE: Artist may sell CDs, T -Shirts and other merchandise. 100% of proceeds goes to artist.
