AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT 1920117
BETWEEN
INDEPENDENT FEE ESTIMATES, LLC
and THE CITY OF UKIAH
This Amendment No. 1, entered on October 22, 2019 revises the Agreement for
Professional services dated August 16, 2019 between the City of Ukiah and Independent
Fee Estimates, LLC, for professional consulting services relating to performing an
independent fee estimate for the City of Ukiah Regional Airport.
This Amendment No. 1 changes the contract as follows:
1. Additional Scope and fee as per Attachment 1.
2. Time of Completion for the scope of services for Amendment No. 1 is seven (7)
business days upon receipt of a fully -executed copy of this amendment.
3. Revising the guaranteed maximum dollar amount by an additional $2,344, for a
revised, total contract amount not -to -exceed $5,300.50.
Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, all other terms remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
