To: Mendocino County Nonprofits Participating in Jumpstart
From: Nate Nasralla, Network for Good ("NFG")
Re: Jumpstart Fundraising Assistance Program & Grant Acceptance
This memorandum references the "Jumpstart Program Outline" made available to Mendocino -area
nonprofits who have been selected by the Community Foundation of Mendocino County to receive
technical fundraising services through the Jumpstart Program, over a 12 -month period.
By signing this MOU, you (hereby "Grantee") understand you will be awarded $1,000 toward the
$3,948 annual program costs, and agree to abide by the program requirements, including allocating
a minimum 5 hours per week to participate, and payment of your $2,948 annual cost -share.

SUMMARY OF ADDED INFORMATION TO JUMPSTART PROGRAM OUTLINE
Money -Back Guarantee Qualifications
NFG guarantees that you will net a higher amount of new revenue after twelve (12) months of
fundraising in the Jumpstart Program, as compared to the prior twelve (12) months.
If you fulfill the requirements below, but do not net a higher amount of new revenue, NFG will remit
a cash grant equal to the difference of the program's costs and net new revenue raised (up to an
amount equal to the annual program cost).
To qualify, you must:
(a) Attend one session each month with your NFG Fundraising Coach;
(b) Launch a donation page within thirty (30) days of your program start
(c) Upload your existing donor data within ninety (90) days of your program start;
(d) Complete an initial meeting with your Fundraising Coach within thirty (30) days of your
program start;
(e) Complete all twelve (12) months of the Jumpstart Program
(f) Send a quarterly thank -you email to donors each quarter to describe their impact.
Termination by Participating Grantee
As a Participating Grantee, you may terminate use of NFG's services at any time without cause and
without further obligation to NFG, except for payment due for Services rendered prior to the date of
such termination.
