GRANTEE NAME: City of Ukiah
PROJECT TITLE: Grace Hudson Cultural Center Security Project
This amendment is hereby made and agreed upon by the State of Califomia, acting through the Natural Resources Agency
and by the City of Ukiah pursuant to the above identified program. The State and Grantee, in mutual consideration of the
promises made herein and in the agreement, of which this is an amendment, agree to the following:
1. Updated Scope of Work (Exhibit A)
2. Updated Cost Estimate (Exhibit Al)
3. Extension of the Grant Performance period to June 30, 2019
In all other respects, the agreement and the terms and conditions if relevant thereto, shall remain in full force and effect. In
witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this amendment as of the date entered below.

California Museum Grant Program
California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks,
Coastal Protection Act of 2002 (Proposition 40)
Grantee Name: City of Ukiah
Project Title: Grace Hudson Cultural Center Security Project
Agreement Number: MP1414-0
Project Scope:
As part of the larger improvements scheduled at the Grace Hudson Museum, the City of Ukiah will utilize
grant funding to enclose the exterior grounds of the Museum and return these outdoor spaces into
educational garden space. Specifically, the Museum Grant project will install fencing and gates around
the historic Sun House, running along Main Street, down the Museum driveway, and across to attach to
the front southwest corner of the Museum building. Install outdoor security cameras to be tied into the
existing security system to monitor the Museum's grounds, providing direct camera footage from the Sun
House and within the Wild garden education space.
Project Elements include:
• Install approximately 350 linear feet of cable trellis fencing and coordinating cable- trellis gates.
• Install metal pedestrian gates.
• Install electric conduit, wiring and cables for security cameras and alarm monitoring.
Access:
The Grace Hudson Museum is open to the public 5 days/week, by appointment outside regular hours,
and until 8pm on the First Friday of each month, as part of a downtown Art Walk. Virtually all of the
Museum's public educational programs are free.
