HomeMy WebLinkAbout846238 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY / HASTINGS S.E. WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has filed Prezone Application No. 85-21, and IYHEREAS, pursuant to California Code Section 65859, the City has the authority to prezone property which is subject to possible annexation, and WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah Planning Commission on November 14, 1984 did not approve the prezone from Mendocino County C-2, General Commercial to City of Ukiah C-l, Light Commercial, and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact for this matte~ was found adequate and complete by the City Council on December 5, 1984. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows: SECTION 1. THAT property commonly designated as Mendocino County Assessor Parcel Numbers 180-060-01 is prezoned from Mendocino County C-2 General Commercial to City of Ukiah C-i, Light Commercial. SECTION 2. Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof shows and describes the property listed in Section 1. This prezoning classification shall become effective at such time as the property so prezoned is annexed to the City of Ukiah. The zoning map adopted by Section 9006, of the City of Ukiah Code as amended by previous zone changes, shall be amended at that time as well. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the annexation of the subject property.
