The City Council of the City of Ukiah does Ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 9017 (k) is added to the list of permitted uses in
the R-1 district with a use permit and is to read as follows:
(k) Renting of sleeping quarters to more than two persons.
'('II, ere shall be no cooking facilities within the sleeping
quarters and at least one on-site parking space for every
two renters).
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law in a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of Ukiah.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its adoption.
