RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
DON and LETHA ACTKINSON
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 78-12 to:
Don and Letha Actkinson
to permit: reduction of minimum lo~ w. idth from 70 feel_ f_o 55 ~f..
all subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard conditions 1 through 9
2. Only six (6) units may be built on the parcel.
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

5. Apj~icant shall be required to obtain any approval which is re-
quired by ~w~ regulation or ordinance.
6. Any variance or use permit shall be put into effect by ce~pletlon
of co~str'~ct~a~ ~f any, within one (1) year from the date of final approval
of such variance e~ use permit.
7. ~¢ =ny use permitted shall cease for six (&) consecutive months
then the r~lht to =ny variance er use permit permitting such use shall t~rm-
~nzLe ~nd such var~&nce or use permit shall be revocable by the granting body.
