RESOLUTION GRANTING .VARIANCE TO
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a Public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. ~ to:

all subject to the following conditions:
Standard Conditions 1 through 9 and the following special conditions:
1. that a fire wall be constructed against the existing garage
2. that sprinklers be installed in the apartment cc~plex east wall
windows to n~c~t the Fire Code
3. that the downspouts be moved so that draiD~ge be directed to
Gibson Street and entirely on the apartmmnt cxmuplex property
4.that a fence be constructed along th~ existing fence line to ~n'cct
the building code
5. that any damage to the existing garage be repaired
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitelyand to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

I. All use~ construction or occupancy shall conform to the appilcatlen
and to any supF~rting doc~r~ents submitted therewith.
2. A=y construct:an, and the location thereof, shall confom t~ any

cant in s~pport thereof'.
3o ~:ny construction shall ce~ply with the ~'Standard Speclf~cations'~
for such t¥~.~ of construct~en now ex~stln§ or which may hereafter be Fromulsated
by the Engineering Department of the City of L~kiah; except where hi~her st~n-
d'ards are i~.~osed by law~ rule or regulation or by action of the Planning Cam-

4. ~n addition to any particular condition which might be imposed,
~ny constr~ct]on shall comply with all building, fire, electric, plumbing~
occui~.~nc¥ and structural law~, rules, regulations and ordinances°
5. Applicant shall be required to obtain any approval vd~ich is re-
quired Wy la~,, re~utat~on or ordin&nce.
6. Any variance or use rermi t shall be put Into effect by completion
of constructi~, '~f any, w~thin e~e (1) year from the gate of final approval
of such var~&~ce er use pemit.
7. :f ~ny use permitted shall cease for six (G) consecutive months
then the r,~§ht ta ~ny v~riance or use permit permitting such use shall t~rm-
in~te and such vari~nce or use i~ermlt sh~11 be revocable by the granting body.
