AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF ~'~ ~ '

~ OF UKIAH TO ABATE SAME
~{HE~,EA~, pursuant to Ordinance No. 591 the City Council
of the City of Ukiah may declare unsafe or dila~oidated build-
inqs to be a public nuisance, and
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1977, the City Council of the City

of Ukiah held a public hearing to determine the condition of

NO%,{, THEREFORE, zt is hereo~,, Resolved that the above
mentioned property is declared to be a public nuisance and
by the adoption of tn_s resolution the City Council of the
City of Ukiah directs the Directo~~ of Public Works to abate
said property by destruction of same. Said abatement is to
begin not sooner- than January 1, 1978.
