RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
EMPIRE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RE SOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 77-61 to:

to permit: red~ion in thc west side setback to three feet from five
feet & a reduction in the front setback on the east property line to
seventeen feet from 20 feet.
all subject to the following conditions:
Standard conditions 1 through 9
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely'and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

1. All use, construction or occupancy shall conform to the appllcatien
and to any supparting documents submitted! therewith.
2. Any const~'uctlon, and the loc~tlon thereof, shall conforra to any

3. A~y construction shall crumply with the "Standard Specif~cations"
for such t¥~ of c~nstruct~en n~w ex~stin§ or which may hereafter be I~romulgated

5. Applicant shall be required to obtain any approval which is re-

6. Any variance or use permit shall be put into effect by ceepletien

of such variance er use permit.
