HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-87RESOLUTION NO. ,77-87 __ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH DECLARING PROPERTY A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND STATING INTENTION TO ABATE SAME 20 21 WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 591 the City Council of the City of Ukiah may declare unsafe or dilapidated buildings to be a public nuisance, and WHEREAS, property more particularly described in the official records of the assessors of Mendocino County as Parcel 2-186-5 common- ly known as Lambs Inn, located at 445 North State Street, is in an un- safe and dilapidated condition. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the above mentioned property is declared to be a public nuisance and by the adoption of this resolution the City Council of the City of Ukiah expresses its intention to commence abatement proceedings. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that on June 15, 1977 the City Council of the City of Ukiah will hold a public hearing to hear all persons having any objections to, or interest in, the proposed removal or re- pair of the above mentioned property pursuant to Ordinance No. 591. Kruth, Director of Public Works for the City of Ukiah, do hereby certify that the following parcels highlighted in red on the attached list have been cleared of weeds and or rubbish in compliance with the order of the City Council contained in Resolution No. 77-86.
