4 WHEREAS, the Dlannin~ ~omm~.ssion has considered and

~5 the City of Ukiah has sufficient waste water treatment capacity
16 to handle waste waters ffrom this proiect without violation

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Revised Tentative
19 Ma'o of Oak Manor Subdivision Unit No 4 is aoproved subj c
