RESOLUTION GRANTING .VARIANCE TO
MAURICE COX
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 77-33 to:
MAURICE COX
to permit: Reduction in minimum required lot size from 7000 square
feet to 6250 square feet.
all subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard conditions 1 through 9
2. Use of the lots remain single family detached residential
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely'and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

dards are ~mposed by law, rule or regulat.~on or by action of the Planning Cam-

5. Applicant shall be required to obtain any approval which is re-
quiF~d by Inw~ Fe~gu~at~on or ordinance.
6. Any variance or use permit shall be put Into effect by completion
of co:~str'uct~r~0 ~f any, within one (1) year from the date of final approval
of such variance or use permit°
7. ~f ~ny use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive months
~he~ the r.'l~ht te ~ny variance or use permit permitting such use shall term-
~n~:e ~nd sucl~ variance or use permit shall be revocable by the granting body.
$o ~f a~ny condition, special or standard, is violated, or if any

9. Except as otherwise slaecifical]y noted,-any variance or use permit

and shall not be construed as eliminating or m®dlfying any building, use or
zor~ requirements except as to such specific purposes.
