HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-70RESOLUTION NO. 77-70 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH ADOPTING RATES FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a settlement offer from 4 pacific Gas & Electric Reducing electric rates paid by the City as a wholesale customer, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to pass the benefit of these lower rates along to City customers, 8 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Rate Schedules be 9 amended as follows: 10 11 12 lS 14 1{5 I Schedule 1600 Paragraph III to read as follows: Rate would be amended Per Meter Per Month Service Charge $ 1.80 Energy Charge (in addition to Service Chrg) Lifeline Nonlifeline First 400 kwh, per kwh Over 400 kwh, per kwh Fuel.adjustment .0230 .02549 .0184 .02089 .00595 * 17 18 19 * A fuel cost adjustment will be included in each bill for service. Fuel Adjustment: A charge for fuel shall be added based on the computed power use at 4100 hours per year of each fixture and Resolution No. 73-46. Service Charge $ 1.80 Energy Charge (to be added to Service Chrg) First 800 kwh, per kwh .0481 · Next 1200 kwh, per kwh .0401 Over 2000 kwh, per kwh .0311 Polyphase service: The single phase rate plus $1.25 per meter per month Minimum Charge: $3.05 per month, but not less than $1..00 per m~nth per kva of connected welder load and per horsepower of poly- phase connected load. Fuel Adjustment: A fuel .cost adjustment will be included in each bill for service. This charge shall be the amount determined from time to time in accordance with Resolution No. 73-46.
