CITY CLERK 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 day of ibvember ,197 ? 15 z? 18 3O AGREEMENT This Agreement, by and between the City of Ukiah, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California called "City" and Medico Properties, Inc., a California Corporation hereinafter called "Gra n to rs" · W ITNESSETH' Grantors do hereby promise and agree to convey to City by Grant Deed the following described land situated in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of California, to wit' Commencing at the State Highway Monument at the intersection of the centerlines of State. Street with East Gobbi Street (formerly known as River Road); thence North 72© 27' 10" East along the centerline of East Gobbi Street,'51.05 feet; thence South 5° 55' 50" East, 20.42 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 5° 55' 50" East, along East line of State Street, 9.19 feet; thence North 72© 27' 10" East, 10.00 feet; thence South 7° 07' 09" East, 1.02 feet; thence North 72© 27' 10" East, 164.41 feet; thence North 7° 07' 09" West, 10.16 feet; thence South 72° 27' 10" West, along the line parallel to the centerline of the said East Gobbi Street, 174.21 feet to point of beginning, containing .04 acre, more or less. Grantor further grants to City a revocable easement over the following described area for vehicle parking and pedestrian walks. Said revocable easement to revert to grantors upon the ceasing of the use of this land for the purposes granted or upon agreement of the 'parties hereto' Commencing at the State Highway Monument at the intersection of the centerlines of State Street with East Gobbi Street (formerly known as River Road); thence North 72© 27' 10" East along the centerline~of East Gobbi Street, 51.05 feet; thence South 5© 55' 50" East, 29.61 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 85° 06' 51" East, 50.25 feet; thence North 72° 27' 10" East, 26.00 feet; thence North 12° 27' 10" East, 11.55 feet; thence South 72° 27' 10" West, 70.98 feet; thence North 7° 07' 09" West, 1.02 feet; thence South 72° 27' 10" West, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. For and in exchange for the granting of the aforesaid strip of land and revocable easement it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1) City agrees to construct at City expense, curbs, gutters, pedestrian walks and sidewalks, including the exposed concrete aggregate areas, along the Gobbi Street frontage of Grantors t land, as shown on plan attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference. 2) City agrees to construct at City expense drainage catch basin in parking lot of grantor at location shown on Exhibit A and 6 IF make such grading changes, at City expense, as necessary to conduct lot and building drainage to storm drain which now exists in area conveyed to City. 9 ~ Z4 18 Z9 3) City agrees to construct, pave and maintain, at City expense, the entire public parking area during lifetime of easement. Grantor agrees that par. king in said~ area shall be public and under control of City to fix parking time limits and other safety restrictions as deemed necessary by City. 4) City agrees to install, furnish and construct, at City expense, the two (2) parallel parking spaces, and the items referred to in the preceding paragraphs 1), 2), and 3), in conformity with and as shown on Exhibit A, which is dated January 5, 1976.
