RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
UKIAH MEDICAL CENTER PARTNERSHIP
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RE SOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
h~ving duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission~
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets [he conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 77-3 to:
Ukiah Medical Center Partnership
to permit: 18 foot encroachment into required front setback to
construct covered walkway
all subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard Conditions 1 through 9
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

6. Any variance or use permit shall be put Into effect by completion
of construction0 i~ any, w~thln one (1) year from the date of f~nal approval
of such variance er use permit.
7. ~f any use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive months
thee the r:ght to Shy variance or use permit permitting such use shall term-
Inate and such variance or use permit shall be revocable by the granting bedyo
~o gf ~ny condit~on, special er standard, is violated, er if any

9. Except as otherwise Slaeclfically noted, :any variance or use permit
shall be §ranteee only for tho"specific purposes stated in the action approving,
and shall not be construed as elimlnat~n9 or m®dify~ng any building, use or
zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
