Definition
APPRENTICE FIREFiGHTER
Under immediate supervision, to respond to fire alarms and other emero~encv
calls to protect life and property; and to do related work as require~, ~
Examples of Duties
Responds to alarms, places hose, carries and sets up, ladders, ventilates
buildings, performs rescue work and salvaqe, and cleans up after fires
prevent water damage; responds to calls f~r eF,~ergency illness and traffic
accid~nt~ with the fire rescue units' renders fi ..... ~
