RESOLUTION NO. 77-19
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH DETERMINING AMOUNT OF
REVENUE NECESSARY FROM PROPERTY TAXES AND
FIXING TAX RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77
WHEREAS, it is necessary, pursuant to Title 5, Division 1,
Part 2, Chapter 2, Article 11 of the Government Code of Californi
for the City Council of the City of Ukiah to annually determine
the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to support
its departments for the current year and to pay the bonded or
other indebtedness of the City or any portion or district of the
City, and to fix the rate of taxes sufficient to raise the said
amounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does
hereby RESOLVE:
That the amount of revenue from property taxes necessary to
support the departments of the City for the current fiscal year,
1976-77 and to pay the bonded or other indebtedness of the City,
portions, or districts thereof, is hereby found, determined,
fixed and established to be in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIF
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($315,250.00)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the rates of taxes designated in the number of cents
upon each one hundred dollars ($100.00), using as a basis the
value of the property as assessed and equalized in the following
city wide district of the City of Ukiah is hereby found, deter-
mined and fixed as follows:

The Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of this
