RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND
AGREEMENT FOR A PERSONNEL EXAMINJNG
SERVICES WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
COOPERATIVE PERSONNEL SERVICES
4 WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has in the past contracted with
5 Cooperative Personnel Services for examining services, and
6 WHEREAS, the current agreement is expiring, and
7 WHEREAS, the City desires to continue to utilize this service
8 offered by the Cooperative Personnel Services,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement between the
10 State of California, California State Personnel Board, Cooperative
Personnel Services Division for the purpose of performing examin-
19 ing services to the City of Ukiah is hereby approved, and
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor is authorized to execute said
14 agreement on behalf of the City for a period of three years ter-
15 minating June 30, 1979.
16 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1976 by the following
17 roll call vote:
18 AYES: Councilmen Feibusch, Simpson, Brannon, Councilwoman Pearson
19 NOES: None
90 ABSENT: Mayor Wood
