HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-611 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 29 30 31 RESOLUTION NO. 75-61 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH CONFIRMING ABATEMENT COST REPORT (CLEVELAND LANE) WHEREAS, the City Council ordered the property at 180 Cleveland Lane (A.P. 2-181-15) abated as a public nuisance in Resolution No. 75-26, and WHEREAS, the property owners of record have been duly notified at all times during the abatement pro- ceeding, and WHEREAS, said property has been abated for the cost as stated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, said cost list is to be presented to the City Council for confirmation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the cost list as presented by the Director of Public Works and dated March 18, 1975, is hereby approved and confirmed and ordered placed on the tax rolls.
