RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
Theatre Managementt Inc.
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 75-33 to:
Theatre Management~ Inc.
to permit: Reduction of the required number of off street
parking spaces from 79 to 61
all subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard Conditions 1 through 9
2. Parking lot to be lighted and landscaped in accordance
with approved plans
·
Employee parking will be provided at the rear (south)
of the theatre
·
Excessive driveway area which served the former service
station site will be replaced with curb and gutter.
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
