RESOLUTION NO. 75-34
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
UKIAH ACCEPTING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
(James W. Jenne)
Whereas, the City of Ukiah wishes to clean and reconstruct a drainage
pipe in the suggested easement area, and
Whereas, said drainage pipe is not presently covered by a utility
easement.
Now, Therefore It Is Hereby Resolved,
That the grant and dedication of public utility easement offered by
James W. Jenne is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October , 1974.
