RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
A. W. MOUNKES
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 75-6 to:
A. W. Mounkes
to permit: reduction of required rear yard
all subject to the following conditions:
Standards Conditions 1 through 9
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely'and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.

3. Any construction shall comply with the "Standard Specif~cations'
for such type of constructlen new ex~stleg er which may hereafter be promulgated
by the Engineering bepart~ent of the City ef Uk~ah; except where higher stan-
dards are imposed by law, rule or regulation or by action of the Planning Cee-
miss§on such standards sham; be met.

6. Any variance or use permit shall be put into effect by completion
of construction° if any, within eno (I~ .year from the date of flnal approval
of such variance er use permit.
7. ~f any use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive emnths
thee the r~ght te sny variance or use permit permitting such use shall ter~-
inate and such variance or use permit shall be revocable by the granting bedyo
