RESOLUTION NO. 75-20
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE
WHEREAS, Teleprompter of Ukiah, the successor to
Spanish Mountain Television, operates under a franchise
granted by the City of Ukiah, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ukiah is
the rate establishing body pursuant to the franchise granted
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah
hereby RESOLVES:
That the following shall be the rates to be charged
by Teleprompter of Ukiah until such time as they are again
changed by the City Council
Rates (Residential)
Installation Charge
Primary Connection
Secondary Outlet (s)
FM Music
Reconnection
Transfer of Contract
Inside MOve

(1) Subscribers who have paid $160.00 for TV service
will have a rate of $6.00 per month.

Over six units when one billing to owner (manager)
which relieves TelePrompter of collection responsi-
bilities, the rate is $6.00 per apartment.
