ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH
AMENDING SECTION 7071 OF THE UKIAH MUNICIPAL CODE
BY ADDING THE SPEED ZONE OF 30 MPH FOR AIRPORT PARK BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION ONE.
Section 7071 of the Ukiah Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of Paragraph D
which shall read as follows:
D. Airport Park Boulevard: Thirty (30) miles per hour for both directions of travel from
Talmage Road to Airport Road.
SECTION TWO.
This Ordinance shall be published as required by law and shall become effective thirty (30) days
after it is adopted.
Introduced by title only on March 18, 1998, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Chavez, Ashiku, Kelly, Mastin, and Mayor Malone.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1998, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Chavez, Ashiku, Kelly, Mastin, and Mayor Malone.
NOES: None.
