RESOLUTION NO. 75-10
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH DECLARING PROPERTY A PUBLIC NUISANCE
AND STATING INTENTION TO ABATE SAME
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 3300 throuth 3310 of the Ukiah
City Code, the City Council of the City of Ukiah may declare
unsafe or dilapidated buildings to be a public nuisance,
and,
WHEREAS, the following described properties are in an unsafe
and dilapidated condition:
1) 106 South State Street; A.P. #2-226-10
2) 280 East Smith Street; A.P. #2-191-15
3) Cleveland Lane; A.P. #2--281-15
4) 407 East Perkins Street; A.P. #2-241-3
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the above mentioned
properties are declared to be public nuisances and by
the adoption of this resolution the City Council of the
City of Ukiah expresses its intention to commence abatement
proceedings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that on September 18, 1974, the City
Council of the City of Ukiah will hold public hearings to
hear any and all persons having any objections to, or interest
in, the proposed removal or repair of the above mentioned
property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August
1974, by the following roll ca'll vote:
AYES:Councilmen Weinkauf,Norgard,Wood,Simpson, Mayor Pearson
