HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-47 RESOLUTION NO. 74-47 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO BRENDA WOOLLEY The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RE SOLVE: An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission; The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and Does hereby grant Variance No. 74-25 to: Brenda Woolley, 569 Redwood Avenue to permit: a_n increase in the maximunl .front yard fence heiqht from _ t.hree (3) feet to eiqht (8) feet. all subject to the following conditions: (1) Standard Conditions 1 through 9 (2) Fence to be constructed of open chain link fencing, not over four feet in height. (3) Fence to be graduated on the sides, so that it is not over four feet maximum height at the house. If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
