Home My WebLink About76-58RESOLUTION NO. 76--58 1 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH DIRECTING THE ABATEMENT OF WEEDS, RUBBISH, REFUSE AND DIRT ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY OF UKIAH WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a list of parcels of property on which weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt is present, and WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of April 21, 1976, Citv Council adopted Resolution No. 76-51 Declaring Weeds and Rubble Upon Private Property To Be A Public Nuisance and Ordering Their 8 Abatement, and 9 WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a public hearing for 10 June 2, 1975, for the purpose of hearing any property owners hav- 11 zng objection to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse and 12 dirt, and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the aforesaid Public 14 Hearing and has allowed or overruled objections by modifications 16 to the list of properties at~tached to this Resolution, 16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of Public 17 Works is hereby directed to abate the aforesaid nuisances by 18 having the weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt removed from the afore- 19 said parcels. 20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the listing of parcels affected be attached to this Resolution and be made a part hereof. , !.976 ~ PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Lid_ day of June 93 by the following roll call vote. .... ...~ eibusch,.
