RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH ESTABLISHING POLICY RE-
GARDING OUT OF STATE REPRESENTATION AND
TRAVEL BY COUNCIL MEMBERS
Whereas, circumstances may dictate that a representative of the C~ty
Council travel out of state and
Whereas, depending on the nature of the reason for travel the choice of
representatative may vary.
Now, Therefore, It Is Hereby Resolved that:
It is the policy of the City Council to, in the case of out of state
travel and representation to designate by motion which of its member or
members are authorized to so travel and represent the City of Ukiah.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1976 by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Feibusch, Brannon~ Simpson, Councilwoman Pearson,
NOES: Mayor Wood
ABSENT: None
