HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-60RESOLUTION NO. 7.3-60 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP FOR KENNEDY HOMES CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ADJACENT TO SAN JACINTA DRIVE WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered and recommended approval of the Kennedy Homes Condominium Complex adjacent to San Jacinta Drive, and WHEREAS the Planning Commission made substantial modifi- cations in the projects as compared to the original proposal, and WHEREAS the Director of Public Works reports that the City of Ukiah has sufficient waste water treatment capacity to handle waste waters from this project without violation of Water Quality Control Board Standards, and WHEREAS the Planning Commission has prepared and reviewed an Environmental Impact Report for said project, and WHEREAS the Environmental Impact Report indicated slope plantings should be required along San Jacinta Drive, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map for the aforesaid project is approved subject to a condition that the slope area northerly and easterly of the structures to the boundary of San Jacinta Drive be planted at one (1) foot intervals to hypericum calycinum and that such planting be maintained in a viable condition for the life of the project, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE that the approval of the Tentative Map is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable state and local ordinances and the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission as reflected in the Environmental Impact Report and the Minutes of the Commission. PASSED AND ADOPTED ~this 20th day of June, 1973, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen Weinkauf, Norgard, Buxton, Pearson, & Mayor Simpson NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: 'C~ity Clerk
