WHEREAS, the City Employee Relations Officer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 and 8 g 10 1.1. ]2 18 14 15 16 WHEREAS, that Memorandum of Understanding provides for certain adjustments to the pay plan and WHEREAS, the Memorandum has been presented to the City Council for decision and final action, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the pay plan dated July 1, 1973, attached hereto and made a part thereof is adopted and is to be effective July 1, 1973. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1973.
